Over the years, she has acquired a vast portfolio of experience improving internal processes and standardizing team development, highlights of which include having an active role in developing a centralized pre-authorization department for one of the most prominent systems in the Pacific Northwest and standardizing the business office for one of the largest in the nation. Additionally, she has an extensive history which involves leading Epic and Cerner system implementations, redesigning financial counseling processes and oversight of credentialing and contracting.
