I recently had the privilege of developing a chatbot for a company website. The character was created by a graphic designer, I brought him to life; from his persona and writing/programming the conversation flows to animating him into gifs and building him an “off-site” web presence that could eventually serve as a defacto brand ambassador. The attached PowerPoint presentation includes three sample conversation flows to get a feel for interacting with the bot on the site.
